Yoga for Beginners

After the success of my recent 5-week Yoga Basics course at StillPoint in Kilmarnock, I will be running another two courses this summer, starting on Tuesday 5th July and Sunday 10th July 2011. The aim of both of these courses is to help beginners to access Yoga in an easy-going way, and also for those looking for a refresher before joining a regular class. New Yoga for Wellbeing Class

A few people have told me that they are unable to come along to mid-week classes due to the pressures of work, so on Sunday 3rd July I will be starting a new Yoga for Wellbeing class at StillPoint in Kilmarnock. Yoga for Pregnancy

Our Yoga for Pregnancy course is now running at StillPoint in Kilmarnock every Sunday from 3.30pm to 5pm. This is run as an 8-week course and the next one begins on Sunday 31st July 2011. Check out the details and book your place.

Charity Health Fair

Ellie and Laurie are two local kids who are living with Cerebral Palsy, and are hoping to raise enough funds to afford life-changing surgery that they cannot get through the NHS. In order to help them out, on Saturday 4th June 2011 we took part in a Charity Health Fair at StillPoint Holistic Therapy Centre in Kilmarnock.

Post-Work Yoga DeStress

Ever get stressed out at work? Okay scratch that, ever NOT get stressed out at work? This Yoga DeStress class is aimed at providing an antidote to the working day. In just an hour, this class's attitude of "work hard, rest hard" will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised - ready to do the stuff you really want to do without the baggage you often carry home from the office.
