Group Class Schedule

Group classes are suitable for most people who are generally healthy - even if you are currently unfit! However, if you have specific health issues that would prevent you partaking in a moderate level of movement and exercise, then Group Classes may not be suitable for you.

If so, please follow these links to read the appropriate sections of my website on One-to-One Classes, Yoga for Healing, Yoga for Pregnancy and/or Postnatal Yoga.
